Phase 1 > Consultation

In remodeling or construction of your new kitchen Bellus KDS invites
you to our offices to view styles, and detail your needs as they apply
to your new kitchen.

Phase 2 > Estimation

Having the dimensions / measurements of your kitchen area, Bellus
KDS can prepare a budget estimate. As part of our services, should
you not have the architect or designer drawings that provide us with this
information, a Bellus designer will visit your home or construction site
and take all measurements. The cost of this service is $500 and is
deducted from the final cost of your Culinablu kitchen.

Phase 3 > Design and Development

Upon approval of estimate, Bellus KDS requires a designer retainer
fee that is 10% of the total estimate. From this point Bellus will take
all the necessary steps, including home visits, to develop a final
design that is functional, exciting, and beautiful. The retainer fee is
deducted from the cost of your Culinablu cabinetry.

Phase 4 > Ordering

Upon completion and approval of cabinetry design, Bellus will require
a deposit of 50% to place cabinetry order from Germany. The balance
is due prior to delivery of cabinetry. Lead time for delivery is 10-12
weeks from day order is placed.

If needed, it would be a pleasure to assist you in the selection of
flooring, appliances, countertops, and all materials related to the
final design of your kitchen. For completion of your kitchen you will
need a general contractor as Bellus does not supply electrical,
plumbing, lighting, and installation services. Bellus KDS can
recommend suppliers of all these services.
